Christ's Hospital (almshouses), Buckingham
Christ's Hospital (almshouses), Buckingham
Unusual two storey design, 1897, but a stone oddly placed high on the chimney tells that it was founded in 1312, refounded in 1597 and rebuilt 1897. Further, a plaque around the corner at a more convenient level advises that it was renovated in 2013. A grade II listed building.
