Train entering Edinburgh Park station
Edinburgh Park is a suburban station serving an area of hotels, retail and business parks. It opened in 2003 on the line to Falkirk and Glasgow. It is close to the bypass but has no car park of its own so cannot be classed as a parkway station. The line was electrified c.2016; see NT1871 : Train arrives at Edinburgh Park for a pre-electrification view. Here, electric unit 334018 arrives as the 18.32 to Helensburgh Central.
