S4943 : Kells Bridge

taken 11 years ago, near to Kells, Co Kilkenny, Ireland

Kells Bridge
Kells Bridge
A strange bridge - the west side has nine arches while the east side has only five. This was due to the bridge being widened at some time. It dates from the C17.
