This tri-stone memorial to Polish Airmen is in the gardens of the Peebles Hydro Hotel.

A Polish Eagle is cast in bronze on the left-hand stone whilst a Lion Rampant is on the other stone. The third, central stone includes a written dedication in Polish and English (NT2540 : Dedication on Polish Airmen's Memorial at Peebles Hydro).

Peebles Hydro is an early 20th century hotel and spa resort in Peebles, opened by the Hydropathic Company to provide water cures and hydrotherapy remedies (pain-relief and treating illness) to guests. The hotel opened in 1881, but burnt down in July 1905 and was rebuilt by 1907.

The hotel is a Category B listed building (LB39220 LinkExternal link Historic Environment Scotland). It is still operated as a hotel LinkExternal link .
