Sheepfold at Low Door of the Craig
Sheepfold at Low Door of the Craig
Stroanfreggan Craig has two small cols - High Door of the Craig and Low Door of the Craig. This old circular sheepfold lies lose to the latter.

The name Stroanfreggan has Gaelic origins. It possibly derives from 'sron creachann'- bare or wind-swept nose or promontory, which describes the topography here well.
