Hurn: parked-up planes through the airport perimeter fence
It is not usual to see British Airways planes at Bournemouth, but these are not usual times. We are a week and a half into the more formal 'lockdown' because of the global coronavirus crisis, and very limited international flight schedules mean that most planes are grounded, so large airways' fleets cannot be accommodated at their usual places.
A large number of planes, therefore, rest in storage here on the taxiways of Bournemouth International Airport for an indeterminate period.
