Carriage entry, Stable block, Henley Hall
See SO5476 : Stable block, Henley Hall; this is the porte cochere, the "advanced central bay containing carriage entry with doorway with arched head and ashlar keyblock, springing cornice and plinth, set in arched recess with a leaded-light roundel in each spandrel, the whole surmounted by a stone-coped pedimented gable with brick cornice and brick projecting storey bands. Large clock-face set in pediment" LinkExternal link . Through the arches is a glimpse of the courtyard beyond.
