Food box delivered during coronavirus isolation
As we are vulnerable to severe illness if we catch coronavirus, we are isolating at home. We are not in priority for supermarket deliveries of our choice of foods, but Morrisons have a system of standard foodboxes available for delivery by courier within a few days - they are packed in insulated boxes at a central depot. They include ones for meat, fish, vegetarian, or gluten free eaters and include other basic supplies. This is a meat box with chicken, minced beef, sausages, bacon, cheese, fresh and tinned soup, baked beans, carrots, potatoes, onions, green beans, apples, sliced bread and pitta bread, rice, pasta, milk, kitchen paper and toilet paper. A neighbour buys us a few items when she goes shopping.
