The front doors of Milngavie Library NS5574 : Milngavie Library. The signs behind the glass indicate that all East Dunbartonshire Leisure and Culture Trust (EDLC) venues are closed from 18 March 2020 until further notice. This is due to the government advice in relation to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
