Costa
Costa / Costa Coffee is a coffee shop founded in London in 1971 by Italian brothers Sergio and Bruno Costa. The company was acquired by the Whitbread company in 1995.
In 2009 there were 893 outlets of the popular coffee house, 200 more than American rival Starbucks.
Greggs
Established as a bakery in 1939 by John Gregg in Newcastle. Greggs opened the first shop in 1951 and is now the largest chain of bakeries in the UK, with over 1400 shops.
KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken)
KFC is an American fast food restaurant chain, specialising in fried chicken. It was founded by Harlan "Colonel" Sanders in 1930.
