This fine viaduct formed part of what was once the most direct rail route from Bradford to Huddersfield. Sadly it was demolished not long after this photograph was taken. It is a pity that such structures could not have been left in place so that one day they could be used to construct a modern light rail system to serve the whole West Yorkshire area.
