Drought shows old building locations in playing field
Aftr a very dry month of May a pattern of parched lines has appeared in North Acton Playing Field. Neighbours tell me that there were huts there during the second world war, so these lines must show the positions of foundations or pipes. The houses behind are in Eastfields Road.
