Looking down on Afon Hengwm
I crossed the river here. Most of it was shallow but the last quarter or so ran deep. I decided to leap for the bank and all seemed well but it had been undercut and gave way under my weight - dumping me into the river up to my waist. A footbridge has since been built near here.
