Rising from the Circle - Kingstanding, North Birmingham
Taken from the pedestrian crossing just uphill from Kingstanding Circle. A view of the eastern side of Kingstanding Road as it rises uphill from the Circle to the roundabout at the top of the hill. Beyond this it becomes Sutton Oak Road. This, the B4138 road, starts its journey from Hill Hook SK 1000 where it leaves the A4026 Blake Street as Rosemary Hill Road to become Thornhill Road along the western border of Sutton Park. It passes through Kingstanding to Perry, just north of the Tame Valley Canal, where it merges into the A453 College Road. Time photo taken 2.06 pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
