Here is the great village church of St. Mary in Pembridge, with the well-known timber belfry seen on the left. The church has origins dating back to the 12th and 13th centuries, and most of the structure dates from the 14th century. The belfry had early 13th century origins, but was rebuilt in the 15th and 16th centuries.
