The business park has this small green area at the southern end, with trees and picnic tables, presumably to encourage workers to eat lunch outdoors. But being right by a motorway junction on the Leeds Ring Road, it probably has some of the most polluted and noisy environments in the city.

According to its website, CityWest comprises 93,000 sq ft of office space in several buildings 1.5 miles from Leeds City Centre and 800m from Junction 1 of the M621 motorway. Built c.2007 [to be confirmed], there are three large office blocks, a couple of smaller ones, and two hotels situated either side of the Wortley Beck.
