The 1903 from Swindon
"The train arriving on platform 1 is the 1903 from Swindon." Sadly, no such announcement was made. The main engine in this view is No. 3717 City of Truro and was indeed made in Swindon in 1903. It is part of the National Collection and now retired from service. It is being piloted by a GWR 0-6-0PT No. 9681 in British Railways black livery. This was such a treat in retrospect and I'm glad I decided to spend the afternoon at the railway.
