The maker of TL4658 : Stinkpipe 09 in Silverwood Close was John Spencer Ltd of Wednesbury - an unusual name by contrast with the familiar firm of Ham, Baker who supplied most of Cambridge's stench poles. The darker green paintwork is also unusual.
