NZ1335 : Roundabout at the intersection of the A68 and A689

taken 4 years ago, near to Fir Tree, County Durham, England

Roundabout at the intersection of the A68 and A689
Roundabout at the intersection of the A68 and A689
Unusually for a major roundabout, the roundabout appears not to have a name.
The A68 runs from left to right at the roundabout, left leading to Corbridge and right to Darlington. The A689 is a coast to coast route; it is the nearest classified road to the sea on both the west and east coasts of England. Here we are looking along the A689 from the west.
