'Mountaineer' at Tan y Bwlch
Ex-War Department 2-6-2T 'Mountaineer' arrives at TyB from Dduallt. This is taken from the then recently installed footbridge at the southern end of the station to give access to the platform, which had been put in in 1968. In 2012 a second footbridge was built to replace one that had been demolished in 1933, roughly at the position of 'Mountaineer'.
