St Just-in-Roseland Church
A Grade I listed Church originally founded in 550 AD and named after St Just the Martyr as a Celtic Church until approximately 950 AD when it was 'taken over' by the Bishops of Cornwall, Crediton and Exeter. The present Church building dates from the 13th Century, was restored in 1872 and apart from a few additions (the vestry) is as it was in 1872. It is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens which is also the church graveyard.
