Medieval floor tiling - St Dogmael's abbey
Medieval floor tiling - St Dogmael's abbey
A patch of original floor tiles still persists in the abbey ruins despite having been exposed to the weather for centuries. I'm not sure the technique used is the same as at Strata Florida (SN7465 : Decorated medieval floor tiles at Strata Florida abbey), but they do look similar.
