ST4342 : Flooding at Westhay Bridge

taken 17 years ago, near to Westhay, Somerset, England

Flooding at Westhay Bridge
Flooding at Westhay Bridge
The house, like every one in the villages of Westhay, Meare and Burtle, stands just above the flood level. Most roads are also just above flood level, so the traditional winter flood regime rarely affects property or transport.
