Salford Quays is an area of Salford, near the end of the Manchester Ship Canal. Previously the site of Manchester Docks, it became one of the first and largest urban regeneration projects in the United Kingdom following the closure of the dockyards in 1982. The Imperial War Museum. The Lowry & MediaCityUk are all located in the area.

Chiquito

Chiquito is a restaurant chain based in the United Kingdom specialising in Tex-Mex foods.
The company was established in 1989, and has 68 restaurants across the country. Chiquito restaurants are part of the Restaurant Group.
Following the coronavirus pandemic, it was announced that restaurants of Chiquito would not be reopening after social distancing restrictions are lifted. In an announcement to the stock exchange on March 18, owners The Restaurant Group announced their intention to place Chiquito into administration. The chain re-opened a limited number of its restaurants in August 2020.
