North Walsham Town sign (base 4)
The North Walsham sign is double side and the pentagonal base is also decorated with historical events.
The side of the sign facing the main street has an image of the buttercross Link for which the town is well known. The other side which faces away from the road bears the town crest with the motto ‘Non nobis sed omnibus’. The crest was derived from the Paston and Nelson families and St. Benet-at-Hulme.
