3 Allendale Place, Tynemouth
This three-storey building with basement, was built in about 1830, and until relatively recently housed a branch of Lloyds Bank. It is a Grade II Listed building. Immediately above the ground floor, to the extreme right of the building, is an incised stone nameplate, a fairly rare historic and attractive detail.
