On a site bounded by Blackfriargate, Humber Street, Queen Street and High Street, work is nearing completion for the construction of a new headquarters for ARCO, established 1893, and currently based in Waverley Street.
The new development, approved by the City Council on 24 April 2019, includes a five-storey complex, a 356-space multi-storey car park, 34 residential units and 3,000 sq.m. of retail/leisure space. Further details in the Hull Daily Mail: Link
