SX0588 : King Arthur's Great Halls

taken 4 months ago, near to Tintagel, Cornwall, Great Britain

King Arthur's Great Halls
King Arthur's Great Halls
"Built in the early 1930s by Frederick Thomas Glasscock, it originally served as the headquarters for a social organization known as the Order of the Fellowship of the Knights of the Round Table." Wikipedia.
It is now a venue for weddings, exhibitions, shows etc. A jewellers and a bookshop are here as well, according to the lettering outside.
King Arthur is pretty big in Tintagel. Fact or legend, he has probably done more for the economy round here than many an all too real subsequent monarch.
