Maddieson's Camp RH&DR railway station (site), Kent
Opened in 1928 as "Maddieson's Camp Halt" by the Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Railway, which is a 15 in (381 mm) gauge light railway now running from Hythe to Dungeness. This station closed to passengers in 1974 when it was replaced 100m south by what is now called Romney Sands station.
View north from a train. There were never any facilities here and the station principally served a holiday camp.
