Buckfast Abbey - East Window
Buckfast Abbey, part of an active Benedictine monastery, was first founded in 1018, rebuilt 1134-36 and became rich from medieval wool trade. Dissolved 1539 but rebuilt again from late-Victorian times, reconsecrated 1932.
Dom Charles completed (1968) the east window in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel.
