#32 of 61 big bear sculptures, this one was decorated by Jat Cover and is located on Paternoster Row.
Jay’s Plants & Bees Bear design is based on spring time, around the time when he was actually making the Bear. Near to his studio there was a house where part of the garden was being converted into an allotment, and so he was simply responding to what was around him at the time.

Bears of Sheffield
Bears of Sheffield is a public arts exhibition celebrating Sheffield and its surrounding area. Coordinated by The Children's Hospital Charity, the trail brings together businesses, communities, artists and schools whilst supporting Sheffield Children’s Hospital. The Bears have been brought to life by artists of all ages, both professional and amateur, and they arrived in the city in July 2021.
The Bears of Sheffield showcases 60 large and 100 little bear sculptures in both indoor and outdoor locations.
The bears are raising funds through sponsorship and donations to help transform the Cancer and Leukaemia ward at Sheffield Children’s Hospital.
