The Cat and Fiddle
The Cat and Fiddle
The Cat and Fiddle at 1690 feet above sea level claims to be the highest pub in England. It is a popular pub with bikers and stands on the dangerous A537 between Macclesfield and Buxton, and inside there are a number of warnings to bikers as to the danger of the road. Here it is viewed on a beautiful cold winter's day.
