Walking the dog I sometimes listen to the BBC Today programme (with headphones, I am not a barbarian). It rarely elevates my mood. But then, nearly home, I face this sort of thing, an autumn morning and another example of the infinite variety of the skies. Who can not be cheered by a sight like this?
