The distinctive clock tower outside Altrincham Station. To the right is part of the bus interchange with the railway station. Behind the buses is the pedestrian footbridge which was to connect the station to the new shopping precinct on the other side of Stamford New Road, which has been partly built. The construction on the other side is still to be done, so the bridge has nowhere to go.
