Could it be magic?
Could it be magic?

One of the community hats on the Hats Off To Denton Sculpture Trail in the Ashton Road window of Vaughan and Lester, garden and homeware store.

Magic is the inspiration for this design, including both tarot and playing cards as well as books and manuscripts from a magician's library. The design is by Erin O'Leary Jackson a Year 11 student at Denton Community College, studying Art & Design as one of her GCSEs.
Hats Off To Denton Sculpture Trail

Hats Off To Denton Sculpture Trail comprised 5 giant hats and 10 community hats hidden around Denton Town Centre. Inspired by the town’s hatting heritage they were on display from 19th February to 13th March 2022.

Hats Off to Denton was organised by Tameside Culture, part of Tameside Council and funded from the England European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the Welcome Back Fund.
