Carrickfinn Passive GPS Station

Carrickfinn passive GPS station Link (Archive Link ) . This station consists of a brass rivet approximately 5mm in diameter set in living rock (see centre of image). The mark is located close to the parish church and approximately 500 metres NE of the north end of the runway at Carrickfinn Airport. The station is 30.932 metres above mean sea level. Ordnance Survey Ireland and Ordnance Survey of Northern Ireland passive GPS stations.
