NN3198 : South-west ridge of Creag nan Gobhar, from the summit
taken 1 month ago, 3 km from Invergarry, Highland, Great Britain

South-west ridge of Creag nan Gobhar, from the summit
Looking towards Loch Lochy, whose southern end is clearly visible.
On the right are the mountains in Glengarry Forest. Towards the right is the pyramid-like Ben Tee (901m in NN2497). To its left, the large corrie below the Munro Sron a' Choire Ghairbh is soon, I understand, to become the site of a major hydroelectric energy project.
Although it may not feel like it, Creag nan Gobhar is little more than half as high as that group of hills to the west of the loch.
