"The Wonder Boat" Thames embankment, Battersea Park 1955
The Wonder Boat was a relic of the 1951 Festival of Britain, and apart from its former existence on the south bank of the Thames at Battersea Park, I know nothing more about it. I'm grateful to Robin Webster for pointers regarding location details, and from my own observations of the buildings in the background which are extant, and which appear on Google Streetview.
