Crannog in Loch Tollaidh
Crannog in Loch Tollaidh
The two islands or island fragments in Loch Tollaidh are reckoned to be the remains of a crannog which is either a partly or an entirely artificial island developed for lake dwelling. This one is clearly much reduced in size if ever it was used residentially. (LinkExternal link )
