TQ3110 : Patcham Tegdown hill, earthwork

taken 16 years ago, near to Patcham, Brighton And Hove, England

The ditch and mound of a round barrow can just be made out, but ploughing has reduced the profile. Two tumuli on the other side of the bridleway can now only be discerned with imagination.
The city of Brighton and Hove is in the background.
