St Margaret's House, Gordon Road, Lowestoft
Formerly known as St Margaret's Villa, it was formerly Local Government Offices, a register office. As of 2016 the building became solely the office for Citizens Advice. Built in 1865 for Rev. Charles Herbert (rector of St Margaret's church, Lowestoft between 1860 and 1870). It is built of gault brick with stone dressings. There is a parapet with a central low pediment bearing a crest. To the right of the centrepiece is a 3-stage look-out tower, of square section broaching into an octagonal plan at lantern stage.
