Coprinopsis picacea
A specimen of the Magpie Inkcap mushroom, beneath the Oaks and Hazels of mature woodland. More often seen under beech trees, this is the first of these I have seen in person, rather than on the page, and I was alerted to it yesterday by my daughter.
