The Westruther Pilot, a development of 6 x 3-bedroom and 4 x 2-bedroom houses on Edgar Road, one of four Scottish Bordesr Council ‘Green Pilots’ to build up to 50 homes using different methods to compare construction costs and time, and experience of tenants living in the homes. These are being built to the Passivhaus standard Link Link and generally need 90% less energy for space and water heating. I have not found where the other three are, but an online construction journal in February 2020 mentioned the project Link and says that the Westruther houses will be ready for tenants in Spring 2021, so a little slippage.
