Beamish - St Helen's Church
This little church in the Pockerley area of Beamish Open Air Museum is dedicated to St Helen and dates originally from the C12th. However it has not stood here all that time, as its original home was the village of Eston in Teesside some 40 miles from Beamish. It had been abandoned and vandalized in its original location, so the decision was made to move it here to start a new life at the museum. There is an interesting newspaper article about it here: LinkExternal link
Beamish Museum

Beamish Museum is an open-air museum located at Beamish, near the town of Stanley in County Durham. The museum's guiding principle is to preserve an example of everyday life in urban and rural North-East England at the climax of industrialisation in the early 20th century.
