65 to 69 (odd) were two, now three, Grade II Listed houses with 19th century shop fronts. However 69 had planning approved for a new shop front in 1996 along with a rear extension and change of use to retail for the first floor. Prior to this in 1974 it changed from a fish and chip shop to retail wines and spirits and then in 1989 change of use was granted from off licence to a pizza takeaway. Before Salon 5 'Aroma' were here until about 2010. The building seems to have been reconfigured to a shop and two flats in 2006 having had one flat and an extension in 2004.
