45 Blossom Valley and 47 Lee's Fish and Chips, Main Street, Cockermouth
Two small Grade II Listed 18th century cottages. No.45 seems to have had a lot of occupants over the last few years, based on Street View I find; 2009 Westnidge's; 2015 Vectis Architectural Ltd; 2018 Design & Build; 2021 Moshi Beads and 2022 Blossom Valley. No.47 appears to have been a fish and chip shop before 1974 and at one time Tony & Tina's Chip Shop. Use of premises at rear as a fruit & veg shop was granted in 1985. It seems to have undergone renovation in 1993 with rebuilding of a wall at the rear, an extension and provision of living accommodation above. The shopfront was replaced in 2010.
