This wooden signpost at Jennycliff Bay is one of several on the South West Coast Path. It points to the left i) Bovisand Bay 1½m, ii) Wembury Beach 5m, and to the right Mount Batten 3/4m.
The red notice below it says "The path and steps to the beach are closed due to coastal erosion until further notice".
