Grade II Listed early 19th century building described in the listing as house, formerly a shop but it is now a dentists. Application to become a dental surgery from a grocers was granted in 1997. The shop window is 20th century and above the door it previously had the grocer's shop name, established in 1863. Chandlers Lane Dental Practice Ltd was incorporated in October 2007 and was previously M P Hill and Associates.
