Grade II Listed in 1984 as 58 and 60, early 19th century house and shop it is now a single house. No.58 had planning in 1995 for replacement of the shop front with a sash window. Presumably McLelland Electrical Shop had closed by then and when it was converted to one dwelling. It was purchased in 2022 and looks to have been renovated and is now a B&B.
