NZ2084 : Northumberland County Hall

taken 2 years ago, near to Morpeth, Northumberland, England

Northumberland County Hall
Northumberland County Hall
On the south side of Morpeth, this was opened in 1981. Previously the County Hall was in Newcastle, next to the castle. After the creation of the County of Tyne and Wear in 1974, it was decided that Northumberland should have its headquarters actually in the county, and this site was chosen.
